KiddyKeys®

KiddyKeys® is a fun, multi-faced approach to teaching music to preschoolers.   This highly educational program focuses on teaching piano concepts and music appreciation to children 2 1/2 to 5 years old and makes every child a star!

Kiddy Keys® is effective because it appeals to your child’s individual learning style – visual, auditory, or kinesthetic – and allows your child to explore and experience the exciting nature of music.

Creators Kris Skaletski and Darlene Rich are piano teachers with over 50 years of combined teaching experience.  They have developed an activity book, original stories, a CD of novel children’s music, and games that make learning fun.  Activity sheets correlate with each week’s lesson concept and integrate color, shape, and letter recognition, reinforcing skills that help prepare your child for school.   The KiddyKeys approach to teaching music concepts enables every child to succeed. 

Keynote School of Music is a licensed KiddyKeys® provider and offers two 14-week sessions (Fall and Winter) and a 6-week summer session.  The program consists of 30-minute classes which meet weekly.  Classes are available at several times during the week and on Saturday morning.   Class size is 4-7 children, aged 2 ½ to 5 years of age.  

KiddyKeys students will:
* Experience the joy of learning piano concepts and music appreciation
* Build character through lessons emphasizing the development of positive values and self-worth
* Develop learning skills that will prepare them for school
